Pistol Level 1

So, you bought a handgun! Now what? This course is designed to help new shooters and firearm owners learn how to maintain and use their new purchase, remove the anxiety of shooting, and prepare new students for the next step defensively in this wonderful hobby. The course basics such as:

• Pistol functionality

• Safety

• Pistol breakdown and field stripping for semi-automatic handguns or revolvers

• Basic fundamentals and safety

• Practical shooting and holster draws

This is a 5 hour course

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:

• Handgun

• 350rds of Applicable ammunition

• Hearing and Eye Protection

• Holster and method of retention

• 2 Magazine minimum (3 recommended

• Hat

• Appropriate weather gear (jacket, raincoat, windbreaker, etc.)

• Water
